Luke Gordon

Attorney

Luke Gordon has worked with countless families going through custody and divorce actions. Luke is passionate about helping people navigate what is usually a challenging time to ensure they receive the best possible outcome. He is also experienced in assisting individual taxpayers and businesses with their tax matters. Before founding Gordon, Delic & Associates, Luke worked as an associate at Martelle & Associates, focusing on tax and bankruptcy matters.

Luke’s merging of his finance background with family law allows him to investigate and really dig into finance records to ensure that the other side is not hiding assets from his clients

Luke loves spending time with his wife who teaches English in the West Ada School District. He also loves spending time with his 3 dogs: Sunny, Pancake & Poptart.

Damir Delić

Attorney

Damir Delić specializes in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, property division, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, prenuptial agreements, and more. Damir received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law, along with a Master of Science in Accountancy Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Boise State University.

With a deep understanding of both law and finance, Damir possesses a unique skill set that enables him to navigate the complex financial aspects often associated with family law cases. Damir is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Idaho and the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts of Idaho.

Melody Haile

Paralegal

Melody is a family law and bankruptcy paralegal for our firm. She is a liaison between clients, attorneys, creditors, and court personnel. She utilizes her expertise and skill when providing detailed support to our attorneys and clients, from maintaining case deadlines, managing the discovery process, communicating with clients, and drafting pleadings, motions, and judgments. She handles all facets of family law issues, including divorce, property valuation and division of property, child custody, child support, spousal support, and post-divorce issues.

Melody has an overreaching desire to help people in their toughest moments, whether it’s helping clients that are exploring bankruptcy, going through a divorce, or trying to get custody of their children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, and caring for her houseplants.

Dena Basauri

Paralegal

Dena Basauri is a tax paralegal for Gordon Delic & Associates. She provides the attorneys in our law firm with solid and reliable assistance on multiple tax cases.

Ms. Basauri brings with her over 20 years of experience in dealing with the IRS and state taxing authorities. She has assisted in the preparation of over hundreds of Offers in Compromise, as well as Installment Agreements, Non-Collectible Status, Penalty Abatements, Innocent Spouse Requests, and more. She also brings along bookkeeping and payroll experience that helps her assist businesses when dealing with these issues.

Tax clients are often faced with a variety of emotional situations. Dena presents a helpful demeanor as she assists clients. She loves being able to help people work to get relief from the stress that owing taxes can present.

When Dena isn’t working, she likes to play tennis and spend time with her family, which includes her dog, Layla.
