Our Team
Luke Gordon has worked with countless families going through custody and divorce actions. Luke is passionate about helping people navigate what is usually a challenging time to ensure they receive the best possible outcome. He is also experienced in assisting individual taxpayers and businesses with their tax matters. Before founding Gordon, Delic & Associates, Luke worked as an associate at Martelle & Associates, focusing on tax and bankruptcy matters.
Luke’s merging of his finance background with family law allows him to investigate and really dig into finance records to ensure that the other side is not hiding assets from his clients
Luke loves spending time with his wife who teaches English in the West Ada School District. He also loves spending time with his 3 dogs: Sunny, Pancake & Poptart.

Damir Delić specializes in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, property division, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, prenuptial agreements, and more. Damir has argued cases throughout the state, at both the Magistrate and District Court levels, and the Idaho Court of Appeals. Damir received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law, along with a Master of Science in Accountancy Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Boise State University.
With a deep understanding of both law and finance, Damir possesses a unique skill set that enables him to navigate the complex financial aspects often associated with family law cases. Damir is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Idaho and the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts of Idaho.

Nicole Davidson specializes in family law matters, including divorce, property division, child custody and visitation, child support, and more. Nicole earned her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Boise State University.
Nicole has experience working in a wide variety of public interest law including, immigration, housing, disability, and guardianship. She received the Public Interest Award from Brooklyn Law School and earned a Certificate in Human Rights from Boise State University.
With a deep understanding of how to navigate complex legal issues and the dynamics of interpersonal relationships, Nicole is committed to providing zealous advocacy for her clients. She is passionate about helping people navigate the complexity of the legal process and ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes during challenging times.

Ty Cummings focuses her practice on family law, including divorce, child custody and parenting plans, child support, and protective orders in domestic violence cases. She is licensed to practice in Montana and Idaho.
Ty’s background in psychology shapes how she approaches every case. She understands that family law mattes are as much emotions as they are legal, and she works to help clients make clear, informed decision during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Ty earned her J.D. from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law from the University of Montana and her B.A. in Psychology from Gonzaga University.
During law school, Ty received the Pro Bono Award for Service for her work with the American Bar Association’s Commission on Domestic and Sexual Violence in Washington D.C.
Ty is passionate about working in family law, advocating for clients, and helping individuals navigate the legal system.
Ashley Gordon is the head family law paralegal at Gordon Delić & Associates. She has long had an interest in the law and the justice system, so becoming a well-rounded paralegal was an easy decision for her. Ashley works closely with attorneys and clients, ensuring every case is handled with professionalism and care. Ashley exhibits a calm demeanor even under pressure. With a knack for multitasking, she can prepare any family law case from the onset of litigation through settlement or trial. Her ability to anticipate client needs on a case-by-case basis allows the firm to stay one step ahead. Ashley plans to attend the University of Idaho College of Law in 2026 with a focus on family law. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Ashley’s determined and reliable presence. She is passionate about advocating for people and dedicated to ensuring each client feels heard, understood, and supported.
Dena Basauri is a tax paralegal for Gordon Delic & Associates. She provides the attorneys in our law firm with solid and reliable assistance on multiple tax cases.
Ms. Basauri brings with her over 20 years of experience in dealing with the IRS and state taxing authorities. She has assisted in the preparation of over hundreds of Offers in Compromise, as well as Installment Agreements, Non-Collectible Status, Penalty Abatements, Innocent Spouse Requests, and more. She also brings along bookkeeping and payroll experience that helps her assist businesses when dealing with these issues.
Tax clients are often faced with a variety of emotional situations. Dena presents a helpful demeanor as she assists clients. She loves being able to help people work to get relief from the stress that owing taxes can present.
When Dena isn’t working, she likes to play tennis and spend time with her family, which includes her dog, Layla.
Payton Frei is a paralegal at Gordon Delić & Associates, and if you’ve called or visited the firm, there’s a good chance you already know her. Payton started as the welcoming voice and face of the office, and she brings the same warmth to her work supporting out attorney’s and clients through every stage of their case.
Family law matters are deeply personal, and Payton never loses sight of that. She pairs compassion and discretion with a sharp eye for detail, drafting and preparing documents, managing case schedules and deadlines, and keeping clients informed so they never feel left in the dark. Her organization keeps cases moving, and her witty humor and calming presence have a way of making a stressful process feel a little more manageable.
For Payton, the best part of the job is helping people through some of life’s hardest transitions and seeing them come out the other side with clarity and confidence.
Deidra Guzman is a family law paralegal at Gordon Delić & Associates. She knows that clients who reach out to a family law firm are often going through one of the hardest seasons of their lives, whether that’s a divorce, custody matter, or a change in support. Deidra makes it her priority to be a steady, compassionate presence through it all, and to make sure every client feels heard, informed, and never alone in the process.
Working closely with the firm’s attorneys, Deidra helps prepare pleadings, declarations, parenting plans, and discovery, while keeping cases organized and on track. The is often the person clients hear from between meetings and court dates, and she takes price in answering questions clearly, following up promptly, and handling every detail with care and discretion.
A graduate of Gonzaga University, Deidra found her calling in the legal field and hopes to attend law school in the future. She is grateful to learn from the attorneys at Gordon Delić & Associates, and she brings that same eagerness to learn to every case she supports. Outside the office, Deidra enjoys spending time with family and friends, and she believes that a little kindness goes a long way, in and out of the courtroom.
