Luke Gordon has worked with countless families going through custody and divorce actions. Luke is passionate about helping people navigate what is usually a challenging time to ensure they receive the best possible outcome. He is also experienced in assisting individual taxpayers and businesses with their tax matters. Before founding Gordon, Delic & Associates, Luke worked as an associate at Martelle & Associates, focusing on tax and bankruptcy matters.

Luke’s merging of his finance background with family law allows him to investigate and really dig into finance records to ensure that the other side is not hiding assets from his clients

Luke loves spending time with his wife who teaches English in the West Ada School District. He also loves spending time with his 3 dogs: Sunny, Pancake & Poptart.

Damir Delić specializes in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, property division, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, prenuptial agreements, and more. Damir received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law, along with a Master of Science in Accountancy Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Boise State University.

With a deep understanding of both law and finance, Damir possesses a unique skill set that enables him to navigate the complex financial aspects often associated with family law cases. Damir is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Idaho and the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts of Idaho.

Nicole Davidson specializes in family law matters, including divorce, property division, child custody and visitation, child support, and more. Nicole earned her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Boise State University.

Nicole has experience working in a wide variety of public interest law including, immigration, housing, disability, and guardianship.  She received the Public Interest Award from Brooklyn Law School and earned a Certificate in Human Rights from Boise State University.

With a deep understanding of how to navigate complex legal issues and the dynamics of interpersonal relationships, Nicole is committed to providing zealous advocacy for her clients. She is passionate about helping people navigate the complexity of the legal process and ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes during challenging times.

Ashley Gordon is the head family law paralegal at Gordon Delić & Associates. She has long had an interest in the law and the justice system, so becoming a well-rounded paralegal was an easy decision for her. Ashley works closely with attorneys and clients, ensuring every case is handled with professionalism and care. Ashley exhibits a calm demeanor even under pressure. With a knack for multitasking, she can prepare any family law case from the onset of litigation through settlement or trial. Her ability to anticipate client needs on a case-by-case basis allows the firm to stay one step ahead. Ashley plans to attend the University of Idaho College of Law in 2026 with a focus on family law. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Ashley’s determined and reliable presence. She is passionate about advocating for people and dedicated to ensuring each client feels heard, understood, and supported.

Jessica Briggs is a senior paralegal at Gordon Delić & Associates. With nearly ten years of experience, she brings a deep understanding of family law and a unique blend of legal experience to her role. Jessica’s approach to every family law case is built on collaboration and support for her clients. When tensions are high, she utilizes her calm demeanor and straightforward approach to settle client’s nerves and provide honest, reliable answers. With children of her own, Jessica brings firsthand experience and compassion to her work, which greatly benefits the firm’s clients.

Dena Basauri is a tax paralegal for Gordon Delic & Associates. She provides the attorneys in our law firm with solid and reliable assistance on multiple tax cases.

Ms. Basauri brings with her over 20 years of experience in dealing with the IRS and state taxing authorities. She has assisted in the preparation of over hundreds of Offers in Compromise, as well as Installment Agreements, Non-Collectible Status, Penalty Abatements, Innocent Spouse Requests, and more. She also brings along bookkeeping and payroll experience that helps her assist businesses when dealing with these issues.

Tax clients are often faced with a variety of emotional situations. Dena presents a helpful demeanor as she assists clients. She loves being able to help people work to get relief from the stress that owing taxes can present.

When Dena isn’t working, she likes to play tennis and spend time with her family, which includes her dog, Layla.

Payton Frei is the receptionist at Gordon Delić & Associates. She is the welcoming voice and face of Gordon Delić & Associates, almost always the first person you connect with when calling or visiting the firm. With compassion and discretion, Payton ensures that every interaction is met with understanding, no matter the issue. Payton is experienced in a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, billing, day-to-day operations, and document preparation. Payton keeps the office going with her organization, witty humor, and calming demeanor. With a deep understanding of the importance of family law matters, Payton helps guide clients through the process, ensuring smooth communication and support.
